Unable to unpack the download

For those of you who have encountered this issue on the PC install, a successful workaround can be found via the following steps:
- Using a non-Chrome browser open the following client download page via Dropbox:
- Download the appropriate client version: current PC Version = EJClient_WIN_June2018.zip
- Unzip and your install should work as expected.
